Boom Chicago is one of the biggest shows in Amsterdam selling some 100,000 tickets a year and employing almost 100 people in its creative departments, offices, bar and restaurant.

Since 1993, Boom Chicago has mixed sharp writing, quick thinking and high production values to create funny shows and videos. From their production studios in Amsterdam, they create video content for broadcast, broadband, mobile and corporate campaigns. They make programs for international media outlets including Joost, MTV, Comedy Central, MSN, FremantleMedia, AOL, Sprint Mobile and T-Mobile.

Boom Chicago’s alumni can be found all over TV including Saturday Night Live (Head Writer Seth Meyers, Jason Sudeikis, Liz Cackowski, Joe Kelly), The Colbert Report (Executive Producer Allison Silverman, Peter Grosz), 30 Rock (Kay Cannon), MADtv (Ike Barinholtz, Jordan Peele, Colton Dunn, Tami Sagher) and That 70’s Show (in Fame Becomes Me and Spencer Kayden in Urinetown) and on The Second City’s stages (Joe Canale, Amber Ruffin) across the country.

Boom Chicago co-owners and former Chicagoans Andrew Moskos and Jon Rosenfeld have been best friends for almost 30 years. Dutchwoman Saskia Maas is the third partner.  They all have ten minute bike commutes to work.
